Exercises to lose belly fat fast

There are two kind of exercises you must do to lose your belly fat, aerobic and anaerobic.

Aerobic exercise equals fat loss, and fat loss equals belly fat loss. Aerobic exercise is definitely a part of your fitness solution but could also be a part of the problem if not done correctly. Aerobic exercise (or cardiovascular exercise) is an activity you do for a long time. You actually have to continue until the body has used up its supplies of oxygen and is successfully making more of it. By doing cardio you can burn fat off your bodies. Too much cardio (more than an hour a day) will likely burn off the tone you work so hard for. Consider also, that in all studies it is shown that a combination of cardio and resistance training is more effective at taking off pounds and inches than cardio alone. So the challenge is to do the right amount of aerobic exercise (cardio) at the right time.

Anaerobic exercise is where the body is exercising at such a rate that the blood stream cannot supply oxygen to muscles fast enough. Anaerobic exercise is essentially exercise without oxygen.
This happens during high intensity and cannot be held for long periods of time.
A product of your muscle exercising in an oxygen deprived environment is large amounts of lactic Acid. Lactic acid begins building up inside the muscle at a rate faster than it can be cleared creating muscle failure.
Anaerobic exercise refers to anaerobic muscle respiration and not respiration as a whole. The muscle still receives oxygen, just an insufficient supply to meet the demands of the activity. Overall, anaerobic exercise burns fewer calories than does aerobic exercise and may be somewhat less beneficial for cardiovascular fitness. However, it is better at building strength and muscle mass and still benefits the heart and lungs. In the long run, increased muscle mass helps a person become leaner and manage his weight, because muscle uses large amounts of calories.
